For those who live far
Even if you manage to choose all pieces of furniture at once, you’ll still have to travel to the flat multiple times. Measurements, deliveries, plumber, electrician and builders will have to come in turn, each at their own time, and it will be your job to plan all processes, let all craftsmen in and control their work. It’s hardly likely, though, that you’ll choose all goods in one place, so the number of visits grows. After the work is done, you’ll find tons of cardboard and plastic waste that has to be correctly disposed. Whether you’re from another region or another country, a furniture concierge will save plenty of your time and money for your family or career.
For those who are too busy
Only picking and planning the furniture can take dozens of hours, especially the kitchen, especially if you’ve never done that before. You’ll have to plan all processes correctly, find proper craftsmen, control them, manage the quality and drive around the city a lot. Furnishing one small 1+kk flat usually takes up to 50 hours of pure organizational work! Consider that we do have all necessary experience and contacts of skilled craftsmen. In case you make more than CZK 300,-/hour, delegating those tasks is definitely worth it.

Price for complete furnishing of a 1+kk flat (hallway, bathroom, living room with kitchenette) is CZK 15.000
Extra fee +CZK 5.000,- for each next room

  • We’ll give recommendations on what to choose for your investment flat, so that you achieve the highest possible rental income at the lowest possible cost.
  • We’ll select all furniture according to your requirements and confirm the selection with you. You can point exactly to what you like or leave it up to us, only limiting the budget. We can recommend a decorator to create graphic visualization of your future home or rental.
  • Placing orders in shopping malls takes plenty of time. We’ll place orders at each retailer and set up delivery timetable.
  • We’ll meet all deliveries, control that the goods are complete and correct and don’t show signs of damage.
  • We’ll take care of building preparation - pipes and wires, painting and drywall, etc.
  • We’ll ensure that everything is assembled and put in place correctly and organize all finishing works, such as backsplash tiling and painting
  • A lot of waste will remain in place. We’ll manage its correct disposal.
  • We’ll take care of cleaning.
  • There might be leftovers of building parts and materials. We’ll take them back to the retailer so that you get refund!
  • In case some goods come damaged, we’ll ensure their return and exchange, even for large pieces.
  • We always keep records so that you have all your bills and warranties in order and available at any time.

Who we are and where we’re from
Our first business is real estate agency. We always worked with overseas buyers who bought properties for their own living, for their children or as a rental investment. Those buyers weren’t able to furnish their properties on their own and we had to start helping them.
We realized just how complicated a work it is. We made mistakes and looked for solutions, we were overwhelmed with how much time is required to finish even a minor job.
We ended up realizing that we actually save our customers a lot more time and money than we charge for this service. Then our first local customers found out about us by word of mouth, and we understood how our experience could help many.
This is how our new story was born, and we’re here to help you furnish and equip your properties.
We make IKEA kitchens, the rest of furniture might be from any other supplier. We know their range and customer conditions, ordering and complaint processes. We also speak different languages including Czech, so the biggest communication issue is not a problem any more.
